LTP 202 – Let’s Talk Politics: Lincolnshire

Date: Thursday August 5th 2010, 07:00pm

Location: Vernon Area Public Library, 300 Olde Half Day Rd., Lincolnshire

One of the great things about the Lincolnshire Let’s Talk Politics is that it’s right in the middle of the huge Tenth Congressional District—an easy ride for everyone from all corners of the district.

This is a critical time for our country and particularly for Democrats running in November. The extremists in the Republican Party (now the mainstream of the party) are willing to say and do anything to get elected; integrity, truthfulness, fairness—all that has been thrown out the window in the name of removing Democrats from office.

If you want to vent your frustrations on the upcoming elections, or if you want to talk about Afghanistan, jobs, healthcare, immigration, and so much more, join us in Lincolnshire on the 5th of August. Bring your ideas, your friends, and family members. We have lots of ideas, and we’re sure you do, too, as to what we can do to change the direction we’re headed.

This discussion is free and open to all.
