Where: Waukegan Police Department, 420 Robert V. Sabonjian Place, Waukegan

What: The 22nd Annual Candle Lighting Ceremony and Solidarity Walk with victims of domestic violence will be followed by a reception at the College of Lake County, Lakeshore Campus, 111 N. Genesee St.
