State Rep. Rita Mayfield, Waukegan Township and the Citizens Utility Board Host a Utility Bill Clinic

Where: Waukegan Township Senior Center, 414 S. Lewis Ave., Waukegan IL
What: This clinic will show attendees how they might save money on their utility bills by eliminating unnecessary charges. The clinic will also cover utility bill scams and how to avoid them.
