government must be fiscally responsible and avoid excessive debt, as well as

excessive taxes . . . If you share our belief that government has a role to play

in helping the poor and middle class as well as the wealthy . . . If you agree that

America should lead by working with its allies, and should resort to war only after

all other efforts have been completely tried . . . If you share our belief that

government should not impose the moral beliefs of any group on others in our

society. If you believe all this, you are a Democrat. If you believe it strongly, you

should work with us to make it a reality. Tenth Dems needs your help as a
