What: The Fair Tax Act requires the House and Senate to pass their bills by a 3/5 vote by May 1 in order to be on the November ballot. If you are not able to attend the Citizen Lobby Day, A Better Illinois asks you to call your Representative’s district office and urge them to pass the Fair Tax Act by May 1.
